When should I seek urgent care?
Visit Chai Care when you or a loved one need immediate medical attention for a non-emergency situation. We are open daily during regular business hours and offer extended hours at some of our locations.

What lab services does urgent care provide?
Chai Care facilities have diagnostic technology, like X-rays, as well as laboratory testing. These services help your provider diagnose a wide range of illnesses and conditions, including:
- Flu COVID-19
- Mononucleosis
- Rapid strep
- Pregnancy
- Sexually transmitted diseases (STDs)
We also provide drug screening, COVID-19 antibody testing, and various blood level tests, including complete blood count, blood sugar, and electrolyte testing.
When should I go to the emergency room instead of urgent care?
Call 911 if you’re experiencing a life-threatening emergency like major trauma, uncontrolled bleeding, poisoning, or serious chest pain and difficulty breathing.
For minor medical concerns, call Chai Care or walk-in without an appointment. If it turns out you need more extensive treatment than it can provide, the helpful staff facilitates your transfer to a hospital.
